Our Houses in Nottingham
Melrose Avenue, Scott Avenue, Queens Road.
All 3 houses are a 5-minute walk to Beeston centre where you will find several great places to eat drink and be merry. A good selection of shops, supermarkets and weekly markets.
Travelling to Nottingham city centre is very quick and easy. The Tram service is fast and reliable and the stop is only a few minutes’ walk from any of our 3 houses.
If you enjoy spending time in nature, Attenborough Nature Reserve and Wollaton Park are both very close by.
Each house has brilliant space inside and outside, large well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, 350 Mb wifi, maintained garden, weekly cleaner.
All double rooms come ready for you to move in, bed with quality mattress, wardrobe, drawers, desk and office chair. Most even have space to sit and have a cup of coffee in your own tub chair and coffee table. En-suite facilities are the norm with any shared bathrooms only serving 2 rooms.

Nottingham city centre has a thriving shopping reputation along with a fantastic nightlife. The music scene has always been important to the city. Big bands come to The Motorpoint Arena and Rock City. Smaller up and coming artists can be seen at many venues around the city including The Bodega and Rescue Rooms.
Nottingham’s creative quarter has become well known for growing creative and digital businesses.
Boots headquarters are in Beeston, a short walk from our houses.
Nottingham’s Queens Medical Centre and City Hospital form Nottingham University Hospitals, a place to grow your career within the NHS.
