Locations are half way from the City Centre to either the University or The Royal Hospital, near local shops. Each house has brilliant space inside and outside, large well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, 350 Mb wifi, maintained garden, weekly cleaner.
All double rooms come ready for you to move in, bed with quality mattress, wardrobe, drawers, desk and office chair. Most even have space to sit and have a cup of coffee in your own tub chair and coffee table. En-suite facilities are the norm with any shared bathrooms only serving 2 rooms.

Derby is a small town so everything is nearby.
The beautiful cathedral quarter has great bars and restaurants along cosy cobblestone streets. There are also lots of quirky independent shops and all the big-name stores in the large shopping mall.
Only a 30 min drive away is The Peak District - one of England’s most outstanding places of natural beauty. You can see amazing views on a hike or bike ride. A fantastic place to unwind.
Derby has many employment opportunities and has been called England’s capital for engineering. Rolls Royce and Bombardier have headquarters in Derby city centre.
With the Royal Derby in the city centre and Queen’s hospital in Burton close by, Derby is a great place to live for our wonderful NHS workers.
